Youth Programs at New Hope

A new Friday Night Adventure Club for children ages 6-12 is starting on Friday April 13th, from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

The theme for this five week Adventure Club program is "Medieval Times". Enter a realm of knights and princesses as you journey to a secret kingdom where you will encounter many different adventures and discover what it means to follow God in His Kingdom.

The Adventure Club program will also include a weekly elective option of activities such as crafts, games and cooking.

New Hope Ball Hockey League

The New Hope Ball Hockey League (NHBL) is an outdoor recreational ball hockey program for boys and girls ages 6 - 13. The NHBL has a Junior League for children 6-9, and a Senior League for those 10-13. Registration is limited to a total of 80 players.

Registration for the 2012 season will take place Friday February 3, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Saturday February 4th, from 10 a.m. to noon, and Tuesday February 7th, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

 League play takes place on Thursday evenings with the season running from March 22 to May 10th. Practices are held Saturday mornings. For more information about the NHBL, please go to our sports ministry website at www.sportzplus.org, and click on the Orangeville tab.

New Hope Athletic Association Basketball League

2011 marked the third season of the New Hope Athletic Association (NHAA) Basketball League, a program for boys and girls ages 6-13. 45 players registered for the 2011 season. The 2011 season concluded on Saturday December 10th with the skills competition, all-star game and awards presentation. Our special guest was Mr. Herbie Kuhn, the voice of the Toronto Raptors.

Wingspan is a Leadership Development Program offered to selected young people who have participated in and graduated from either the NHBL or the NHAA Basketball programs.
